ptt - Personal Efficiency

This workshop is based on discussion, dialogue and sharing of issues and solutions. The contents are fairly self-explanatory, as are the activities. Participants may already know of many of the efficiency tips and strategies BUT ARE NOT USING THEM. This is the key issue for the workshop: Why are we not doing what we know we should be?

Typically a key insight that emerges from participants is that they need to engage in more frequent and more assertive conversations around their priorities – and be more protective of their own well-being. In short, to really put a high value on their time and their priorities. The aim of this workshop is to provide time for constructive problem solving around the group’s issues with efficiency, time management and productivity.

Learning outcomes from attending this program will include: 1.Practical methods for workplace efficiency and time management. 2. Insight into the everyday choices and psychological aspects that underlie inefficient work practices. 3. The ability to explore the issues that affect their efficiency and performance and to share insights and ideas. 4. Knowledge around the notion of flow and the conditions that foster it.
