ptt - Practical Negotiation

We negotiate every day – sometimes small and other times large, complex 'transactions'. It is vital that we build and maintain relationships (particularly at work), so it is important that we become skilled in negotiating a solution that is acceptable to all parties.

Participants attending this workshop will draft a plan to apply the practical concepts presented to a negotiation they are currently involved in.

The learning outcomes from attending this program will include an ability to:

• Prepare effectively for a negotiation
• Demonstrate role model principles during a negotiation
• Identify strategies to manage objections
• Close a negotiation effectively
