An employee’s level of motivation impacts on many factors in the workplace including their level of engagement, quality of work, attitude, and productivity.

The Manager plays an important role in encouraging and inspiring motivation in their team members. Participants in this workshop will explore the critical leadership skill of being able to motivate others in a practical way.

The learning outcomes from attending this program will include an ability to:

• Identify their own level of motivation and consider how this impacts when motivating others
• Identify what motivates employees at work and which of these factors they can influence
• Determine where their team members are on the cycles of motivation and demotivation
• Identify strategies for motivating demotivated employees and keeping motivated employees continuously motivated at work
