Whilst the reporting line may change over time, it is a relationship that can extend throughout your career. It is therefore important that you are able to build a mutually supportive relationship with your Boss. You need their support to function effectively, they need your support in achieving their objectives and goals.

The learning outcomes from attending this program will include an ability to:
• Develop a plan to better understand how their Boss works, what is important to them and how to enhance their working relationship with them
• Agree upon expectations with their Boss
• Identify strategies for working effectively with different ‘Boss types’
• Determine ways to ‘push back’ in a reasonable manner
